Why a One-Page Website?
The term 'one-page' describes a form of website where all the content is contained on the main homepage. Instead of individual pages, the content is divided into logical sections, with easy navigation to each from the main menu.
What do I need to start?
A simple description of your business and what you do, to get started. We can do a simple mock-up of how your site will look. We'll need some decent images (at least 3), you can provide your own descriptive text or we'll do it for you.
What about the domain name?
If you already have a domain name registered we can connect that for free, or we can register a suitable domain for you. The domain will be registered in your name so you retain ownership even if you decide to leave.
What about email
We can set up a forwarding email address you for at 'yourname@yourdomain.co.uk' which will direct any messages to your current email address. Or, we can set-up a dedicated email account for you, although there will be an additional charge for this.
What if I decide to leave, are there any fees?
NO, after the first month you can leave or pause whenever you like. There are no penalties or fees.
How often can I make changes to the site?
There are no fees for minor changes or updates,and you can make as many as you like. Please bear in mind, this is a low-cost service and any major changes or additions may be chargeable. We will always discuss this beforehand though, so there will be no surprises.
